I watched Fresh Prince of Bel Air with German subtitles. I often watch that show but had never watched with the German subtitles. I watched an episode from season four in which Carlton and Will
move in together as they begin college. I enjoyed following along with the subtitles and trying to pick out what words and phrases I knew. I found it as a very different experience because usually I am used to hearing a foreign language and reading the subtitles of English but in this case I was listening to english and reading German subtitles. Because I like that show so much I will continue to watch is with the German subtitles. Hopefully it will help me improve my german!
